Nia spent much of the week guarding her quiet corner, headphones firmly in place as a shield against the world. When TES0R0 suggested she try being nicer, she snapped back, slamming her door in a classic display of her protective shell. Yet, when Amara and Baby Lani needed her, Nia’s defenses melted instantly. She tucked Lani under blankets, whispered sweet nothings, and even let Amara rest her head on Nia’s shoulder without complaint. Farrah and Zahara tried to engage her, but Nia mostly stayed close to her 'Ninja team,' showing she feels most safe when surrounded by those she loves. She is learning that her grumpy exterior doesn't have to keep everyone out; some people, like Amara, know exactly how to reach her heart. It is wonderful to see her accept love without demanding it in return.
