How to add managers to your MoonBots account!


This feature allows friends, family, and caregivers to help log your baby in or out, restart the bot, manage Upsies settings, and more.


For store owners using Premium bots: You can add managers who can update local chat greeter messages, manage group chat, send group notices, and even refund customers.


To get started:


Log in to your MoonBots account and click "My Managers."



Enter the username (SL login name, not display name) of the person you want to add.


Assign their role and select which bots they can access.


Set role-specific permissions as needed.

Adding managers makes it easier than ever to share responsibilities and keep things running smoothly, whether at home, daycare, or in your store. Be sure to review roles and permissions carefully to make sure everyone has the access they need.
